The ACC Team
Why Teamwork Matters.
Creative teamwork matters because it brings together different ideas, skills, and perspectives to solve problems in new and better ways. Working as a team allows people to build on each other’s strengths, share ideas, and find solutions that one person might not think of alone. It also creates trust and encourages team members to try new things and share their unique thoughts. In a fast-changing world, creative teamwork helps teams stay flexible, innovative, and successful.
ACC has brought together a top-tier team to turn your dreams into reality, seamlessly blending form and function to elevate your vision and advance your cause.

Founded in 1999 and based in South Florida, A.C.C. provides creative marketing, public relations, event management and community outreach services to a variety of clients, many of them critical stakeholders. Over the past 22 years, Armstrong and her team have achieved an impressive track record. Prior to that she was honored by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. as a Trailblazing Woman in Business and Labor; with a Living Legends Award by Excel International Church; and as a Power Public Relations Professional and a 40 Under 40 Black Leader of Today and Tomorrow by Legacy Magazine. In early 2021 she managed the launch and outreach of several COVID-19 vaccination efforts for a premier health care system and emergency management consulting firm. These efforts resulted in nearly 50,000 people from underserved communities receiving the vaccine during the initial stages of the campaign and through ongoing education and outreach during the pandemic. In September 2020 on the heels of the killing of George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter movement, Armstrong was tapped to serve as project manager for the Diversity, Equity, Access and Inclusion (DEAI) work mandated by a noted Miami museum. Da-Venya continues to support the efforts of Radical Partners as a coach/mentor with their Leadership Lab Cohorts.
